Looney Tunes Voice Package

Courtesy of: Mark Satterlee
Email: satterm@earthlink.net
Assembled: 3-24-2000
Game: Unreal Tournament
Editor: Unrealed
What is this?: A voice package for UT using sound clips from Looney Tunes

Notes:

This voice pack was assembled and tested with patch 405b installed.

I used the UT Male one voice for the orders and misc categories.
This was done to provide a complete, usable voice package.
I tried, but was unable to find clips of Bugs saying "Defend the
base," or Elmer yelling "Somebody get our flag back!"

What you need to know:

     Installation-
Unzip the LooneyPackage.int and LooneyPackage.u files into your
       UnrealTournament\System folder.

Open your UnrealTournament.ini file (located in the UnrealTournament\System
Folder) and add the following line to the [Engine.GameEngine] section.
       ServerPackages=LooneyPackage

     To use-
Simply select "Looney" as your voice of choice in player setup. To use online,
the server must also have this voice pack installed.

Who you need to thank:

Mel Blanc- The great voice talent of all of the Looney Tunes
characters I grew up with. We miss you Mel.

Warner Bros- Without whom we would never have had Looney Tunes.

Epic Games- Makers of the mighty Unreal Tournament. Also the source of
the Male1 voices I used to complete this voicepack.

    Unreality.org- Cool Unreal Tournament website.

Painful Detail- For posting the tutorial I used to make this voice pack.
                    Available at http://www.unreality.org/painfuldetail/

Rene McLeod- Author of the tutorial listed above.

Kuno- Editor of the tutorial listed above.

Me- For assembling this voice pack.

Caveats, Addendums, Quid Pro Quos, etc:

This voice pack is provided free of charge to anyone who wishes to use it. You may
distribute it freely by electronic means as long as the files (including this readme)
     are intact and unedited.

You may NOT sell or profit from this voice pack in any way. I'll hunt you down if you
do, and Warner Bros will probably sue the crap out of you.

This is the first in what I hope will be a long line of voice packs from me. If
you have any constructive criticisms, suggestions, etc, please feel free to email
me. If you simply don't like Looney Tunes or don't see the comedy of it in Unreal
Tournament, just don't use it and leave me alone.

Enjoy!
