Installation

Unzip ctfm-techdream.zip

Store the *.unr file in your Unreal Tournament/Maps directory along with the others
(see guide below), then either doubleclick on it, or type

open CTFM-TechDream

in the console, or select the Map in a Botmatch or an Internet game.

Guide:

*.unr files go in Maps/

*.utx files go in Textures/

*.umx files go in Music/

*.uax files go in Sounds/

*.u and *.int files go in System/

I tried to keep the middle area as low-poly as possible.  This is not easy to do with a four team tower sniping map! (not to mention three interconnecting levels of play.  I made it with three different levels between bases, as this means more Z-Axis play, and is better than facing worlds, where you just run, die, run, cap flag, die... etc
The music is from Unreal.
