Converted from oldunreal 227 by Leo,
both regular version and ut version provided.

Upsxquad as replacement for the 227 quad. 

Panel replacement for projectors etc.

staticmeshes converted to brushes. 

I didn't realize the newest 227 stuff had texture decompression, i extracted
them like idiot and converted them, the myleveled textures that were DXT stuff.

Oh well..could have saved myself some work and made it look better (or not, as it doesn't work reliably)

But at least this map can be somewhat played now on other "platforms".

I originally had there a raingenerator a custom one, but it didn't look as good
and it slowed down the performance so I removed it in the end.
