DESCRIPTION:
This is a simple weapon mutator that aims to extend and balance the current weapon set in UnrealTournament 2004. Some changes may promote skill but more likely I tried to increase 
the pace a bit without strafing too far from the original weapons.

This mutator is aimed to play online. I tried to make sure everything is balanced to encourage
people to put it on their server. It works just as good with bots if you prefer that.

LIMITATIONS:
Xnd Link gun will not work in onslaught period. To enable the link gun in teamgames open up the 'configure mutator' window and select 'force XndLinkGun'.
Xnd Assault Rifle Alt Fire won't work on the last grenade in server games.
Bots tend to kill themselves occasionally with the alt fire on the shockrifle

CHANGES:
RocketLauncher
+ More splash
+ Faster Rocket
+ Faster barrel load
- Significantly lowered damage

ShockRifle
+ Hold altfire to load up to 4 shockballs released in short intervals
+/- Max Min damage for primary adjusted
- Slightly reduced area of effect for combo

Linkgun
+ Altfire tags onto enemies
+ Altfire leeches ammo from that player while connected
+ Primary becomes seeking if you have tagged someone and he/she is in sight
- You lose tag once enemy goes out of view
- Projectile damage lowered, seeking projectile is also slower

Minigun
+ Can fire faster, the longer you fire the better (1/5 secs)
- Initial spin is slower

FlakCannon
+ Primary faster
+ Chunks now bounce twice instead of just once
- Primary spread a little bit wider
- Altfire delay increased
- Altfire damage decreased slightly

Biorifle
+ Projectile speed increased

AssaultRifle
+ Pressing altfire again will make the grenade explode
+ Primary fire improved slightly
- Only one grenade can exist at any time (no spamming)

Sniperrifle/Lightninggun/Shieldgun
