BulletTime v1.5

This will install the mod "BulletTime".

This adds a key (which can be set in the control configurations),
which will take the game into BulletTime (when the mutator is
activated).  This uses up adrenaline, health or nothing, by an amount specified in the
mutator settings screen. The speed that BulletTime can also be set
in the mutator configuration settings.
I dont yet know if this will work on a multiplayer game, but in theory
if should - please email me at curse_101@hotmail.com if you want
help with this.

ChaosUT:
--------
Forget anything you saw here before.  I had not actually got ChaosUT
to test this mutator with, but now I have it, I have fixed the problem.
It had absolutely nothing to do with berserk mode, but I'll leave that
option in.
(If you must know, I was using the function SetPlayerDefaults to reset
the player's speed etc, but in ChaosUT, this also resets the active
weapon.)
By fixing this, as a side affect I also fixed the problem with combos
or objects changing the player's speed etc, so at the moment, I can't
think of anything that doesn't work.
If you find something - email me DAMMIT!
(BTW - if the people who made ChaosUT are reading this - guys, you did
a damn good job.)

Future Updates:

- Any suggestions appreciated - except for bullet trails.
  I have heard this so many times, I am about to scream!
  The reasons I probably will _never_ do this is:
   1. It takes too much time.
   2. I cbf
   3. I have better things to do.
   4. Did I mention I cbf?
   5. There is a _much_ better BulletTime mutator for ut2004 coming out,
      and this is merely something to play before that comes out.
   6. and finally, I CANT BE F***ED!!!

History of the Mutator:

This is my first mutator, so if its crap, please email me with
suggested updates, such as if it does not work with any other
mutator.  Please dont email me excessively, and no abuse, only
constructive criticism (:P).
I have only tested this mutator on UT2004, but again, theoretically
it should again work on UT2003 v2166 or above. Unfortunately, I don't
think it will, or at least when I tried it it only went into BuletTime,
but didnt come out, or use up adrenaline.
Oh well.
Anyways, have fun (for single player, try BulletTimeSlowdown of 0.1,
and AdrenalineDecrease/sec about 0.5 - as the computers cant use it,
you rack up kills faster than anything before (at least against
'Average' skilled bots :P)).

Past Updates:

1.5:
 - Now you can select what attribute to decrease, from either
   Adrenaline, Health, or nothing.

1.4:
 - Fixed the problem with getting Combos and stuff.
 - Actually fixed the problem with ChaosUT (had nothing to do with
   berserk mode.)

1.3:
 - Changed the Config screen to use UT2004 features
 - Can now change whether weapons go into Berserk mode when BulletTime
   is activated or not.

1.2:
 - Player's acceleration also increases, so it doesn't take ages
   to get to the new speed.

1.1:
 - Weapons now go faster for the player that initiated BulletTime.
 - The Player who initiated BulletTime now moves faster (and jumps
   a shitload higher!)
