Liandri decided after the Marshall Dalton incident on Delta Avior VII 'Sulferon' that they build another comm building so the comm traffic in the system could be doubled....After the new comm building was completed Liandri decided to open the new facility up as a vehicle capture the flag event between the two comm buildings. |
