Credits	: Well, obviously most credit for this map goes to Juan Pancho 'XceptOne' Eekels, the author of the original CTF-Lavagiant for UT. Awesome map and thought it was about time someone did it classic justice like Teddie has for Face, Peak, etc. Also big thanks to Mr.Evil for the jumpboots - it wouldn't be lavagiant without them! Also thanks to MrEvil for the BootStay mutator. And thanks to Teddie for bringing the magic of the original music to UT2004, and also thanks to him and Neoduck for testing :)

Other maps	: Too many to be bothered putting 'em in here

--- Construction ---

Editor(s) used : UnrealEd 3, Photoshop 7, 3DS Max 5.

--- Installation ---

To install the map, unzip the files to the following directories:

.ut2 files to UT2004\Maps
.ogg files to UT2004\Music

You will need to add a:

ServerPackages=bootstay

... to your UT2004.ini (under the other "serverpackages" lines) if you intend to run a server with this mutator on.

--- Notes ---

Changes in v2:

- Fixed red playerstart on blue side of redeemer area
- Added location info for redeemer area
- Fixed snaggy bits on lower walkways so u don't have to jump in certain places
- Fixed lava volume below redeemer
- Changed the earth in the skybox to a more appropriate thing
- Changed ground texture & added some slight variation
- Fixed level preview screens

Changes in v3:

-Fixed music association (music will play now - Skyward.ogg)
-Added bootstay mutator so boots stay in instagib.

I was going to embed the bootstay mutator inside the map, but then it would cause the server running it to be marked as "non-standard", and I thought server admins would rather have the choice of using it or not (after all, it's only useful for instagib). So in the end I just included the mutator with the zip.

You can turn your world detail settings to low to turn off many effects in the map, but there should be plenty of room for framerate even with everything on. Hope those who loved the original lavagiant are pleased with this one - I tried to make it play exactly like the original and I think it turned out really good :) Bots use the map well too. Enjoy :)
